GOT7 BamBam admitted that he almost quit the K-pop industry despite the attention and success he had been savoring after his debut.
From being a member of a dance crew, BamBam grew further and debuted as a member of GOT7 after training for three and a half years. He expanded his career and became a soloist through his debut EP, "Ribbon."
BamBam's influence spread further in the past years, but the idol revealed that he almost left the spotlight and quit years ago.
Read on to know the real reason why he almost did it - and why he chose to stay.
GOT7 BamBam Almost Went Back to Thailand
The "Make It Right" hitmaker currently serves as an emcee of the reality show, "EXchange." The TVING program, which is also known as "Transit Love 2," serves as a bridge for ex-couples who earn their chances to decide whether fall in love again or move on with someone else.
While he continues working on his solo endeavors, BamBam shared his plans and goals outside GOT7.
In his interview and pictorial for Arena Homme Plus magazine earlier this year, the "rIBBon" singer divulged he would want to continue doing the things he does the best. He refers to those as BamBam-esque.
"I think I've accomplished most of the things that I planned when I was young," he said. "That's how hard I've worked, and I enjoyed the process. I think I'm living better now than I expected I would 10 years ago. I want to work happily and live joyfully together with great people for a long, long time," he went on.
GOT7 BamBam is scheduled to perform at the "Let's love Indonesia We all are one K-pop concert" in Jakarta from November 10 to 12.
