This year, BLACKPINK Jennie established her status as CF Queen after bagging two brand deals, offering her 1 billion KRW (755k USD) each. Earlier, the "SOLO" singer was introduced as the new model for South Korean cosmetic brands Tamburins and Ace Bed.

Aside from these endorsement deals, Jennie is also currently the ambassador for various brands, such as Chum Churum Soju, and Vita 500, as well as luxury brands HERA, Gentle Monster and Chanel.

Jennie as a brand ambassador costs 60k USD annually.

Aside from this, the idol also amassed huge profits from her SNS posts. Jennie has the most number of Instagram followers among Korean idols with 71.5 million and these followers bring her about 170k USD per post. This was revealed in 2020, so you can just imagine how the figures went up in 2 years.

As for BLACKPINK Jisoo, she proved that she's a fashion royalty after luxury brand, Cartier, to which she's currently a global ambassador for, revealed that they doubled high-end brand Dior's offer to secure collaboration with idol-actress.

In regards to her sponsored posts, Jisoo earned 18.8 million USD on Instagram, even beating international stars like Dua Lipa.

BLACKPINK Rosé didn't fall behind as well in terms of earnings. As of the last report in 2020, the star makes a profit of 160k USD per Instagram post, aside from the money that she earned by being a global ambassador of luxury brands for Yves Saint Laurent and Tiffany & Co. Rosé's net worth reportedly reached $18 billion.

BLACKPINK Lisa

Lisa, the maknae, is also in-demand and expensive in terms of brand deals. A 2-hour event for the Thai K-pop star required 140k USD, while 560k to secure a partnership.

Among members, Lisa who boasts 84 million Instagram followers earned the highest among BLACKPINK as she received about 200k USD for a single sponsored post.

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK isn't only strengthening their presence as a fashion icon and CF star but they are also showing their power as singers.

On November 13, YG Entertainment said:

"BLACKPINK won the "Best Metaverse Performance" category and Lisa won the "Best K-pop" category with her solo, "LALISA" at the "2022 MTV EMA" held in Düsseldorf, Germany."

The award in the "Best Metaverse Performance" category was achieved with the in-game concert "The Virtual" held in August. BLACKPINK also won the trophy at the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards held in the U.S. in August.

BLACKPINK, who is on a world tour, said in a video:

"We are always grateful for the support of BLINK (official fandom) for allowing us to receive valuable awards."

With these achievements, BLACKPINK became the first K-pop girl group to win two gold medals at the MTV Europe Music Awards (MTV EMA), Europe's largest music awards.
