Numerous fandoms in Indonesia, such as Ahgases, EXO-Ls, Miracles, Arohas, etc., had high expectations to see their idols through the "We All Are One" concert. Unfortunately, the anticipation became a frustration after the event's promoters were arrested for THIS reason.
8 Koreans Planning To Form Indonesian Idol Group Arrested For Violating Immigration Laws
On November 24, the Korean media outlet Sports Kyunghyang reported that seven people, including the head of a K-pop performance agency, were arrested in Indonesia on charges of violating immigration laws.
According to the Indonesia Immigration Bureau, their office confiscated the passports of eight Koreans, including six TV program producers who conducted the audition program and two who hired them, wherein A is a representative of a Korean performance agency.
They entered Indonesia with a Visa on Arrival (VoA) and seven of them are currently detained. The media outlet stated:
"Mr. A planned an open audition in Indonesia, saying he would select idol group members. Mr. A said he would film the audition process and make it a broadcast program, and invited producers and officials from outsourced production companies to Indonesia.
However, the program producers entered the country with visiting visas for tourism, not official working visas, and conducted audition programs in Jakarta and other places without permission to work."

When the fact became known, the Immigration Bureau arrested the production company officials on charges of violating immigration laws at a shopping mall in Jakarta, where the audition was being held.
It is also reported that A, who hired them, was accused of illegally hiring foreigners.
In Indonesia, they violate immigration laws and face fines of up to 500 million rupiahs (about 32k USD) or up to five years in prison.

There is a possibility that Mr. A will be investigated for fraud.
In particular, A is the organizer of a K-pop concert in Jakarta called, the "We All Are One" concert. The event was supposed to be held on November 11 to 12 with a star-studded lineup of K-pop idols including GOT7 BamBam & Youngjae, Oh My Girl, ASTRO, SF9 (Day 1) and EXO Chen, Pentagon, CIX, and NMIXX (Day 2).

A sold tickets in advance as he planned to hold two performances at a 12,000-seat stadium.
However, contrary to expectations, less than half of the tickets were sold, and due to various unfavorable factors such as financial difficulties, A announced on November 4 that the performance would be postponed to January next year.
As refunds of sold tickets have not been properly refunded, buyers are complaining. Ticket buyers are protesting by posting the hashtag "#weallareone_refundmymoney" on Twitter.

Some say that Indonesian authorities would arrest A on charges of violating immigration and labor laws and then investigate fraud charges later.
