TIME has revealed its list of 5 best K-pop songs and 5 best K-pop albums of 2022. Both solo and group releases made it to the list.
The magazine said, "The best K-pop songs and albums of 2022 surprised us with their sound, their lyrics, and the feelings they evoke." They then noted that only full-length projects were included in the albums list, and that the releases are in no particular order.

The last project on the list is RM's "Indigo." The publication said that BTS leader's meditations are always "specific and universal" all at once, and that we're humans looking for "our voice, our place of belonging, our personal 'flower field.'"
