STAYC Gears For February Comeback, Expected To Give SWITHs Another Bop
On January 18, Spotify News reported that STAYC will make a comeback, set for February. The upcoming comeback will be their first release since their third single album, "WE NEED LOVE."
STAYC debuted in 2020, and has been establishing their position as one of 4th gen's girl group representatives. The group debuted with "So Bad," gaining love from fans worldwide. The debut track was followed by "ASAP," "STEREOTYPE," "RUN2U," and "BEAUTIFUL MONSTER."
They made an impressive entry in November 2022, when they released their first Japanese single, "POPPY." The girl group also held a live showcase in Tokyo Dome City Hall, titled "STAYC Japan Debut Showcase - Star To A Young Culture."
With their albums combined, the group has caught the eye of overseas fans. The group received love when they rose to prominence with mini albums "STEREOTYPE" and "YOUNG-LUV.COM"
To meet fans and expand internationally, they also conducted fan events in Taipei, Taiwan, and Manila, Philippines.

Despite a hectic schedule in their grasp, it is reported that the new album will contain tracks that will surpass previous hitmakers. With their comeback preparations announced, fans worldwide will look forward to the group's release.
STAYC Members Discuss What Career Would They Have If They Weren't Idols
In other news, STAYC have shared what other things they would likely do if they weren't in the K-pop industry. On March 2, STAYC guested on MBC M's "Weekly Idol." Each member shared their own thoughts, regarding career alternatives.
Starting with leader Sumin, she claimed that aside from training hard to become a fantastic performer, she hadn't given her future profession any thought yet. However, Sumin shared that if she had a different career, she would probably work in an ordinary office and be a part-time YouTuber.
STAYC's main vocalist, Sieun, revealed she began taking piano lessons and dancing classes on the age of five. If she hadn't been given the opportunity to become a K-pop idol, she might've pursued a career as a pianist or a ballerina.

STAYC's Isa, admitted that she would unquestionably be employed in the fashion industry if she didn't become a K-pop idol. The idol added she devoted her time in hardwork to meet her idol, Hyuna.
Yoon revealed that she enjoys building things as a hobby. She shared that if the idol career path had not been successful for her, she may have pursued a job involving woodworking.
STAYC's maknae J is well recognized for her love of animals. If she weren't already an idol, J stated she would be working as a zookeeper.
