Uaenas Show Disbelief Regarding IU's Lack Of Daesang at 'Seoul Music Awards'
On January 19, the 32nd Seoul Music Awards have awarded trophies to different K-pop artists. Various singers attended the event, comprising of popular names such as PSY, KARA, IVE, and many more.
Amid the awarding's conclusion, IU's fandom, Uaenas, took their thoughts on an online forum. They stated that even though IU is one of the top artists who received seven SMA awards, the soloist hasn't won any daesang yet, despite her success.
Although many fans believe that IU's successful path is unaffected by the lack of daesang, most of them find the awards show doubtful, due to IU's absence this SMA 2023.
Fans also highlighted the event's "lack of authority" when it comes to award distribution.

Some even claimed how the awards show is an "agency party," due to the influx of artists attending the show. Others stated that it doesn't matter if IU hasn't won any daesang yet in Seoul Music Awards, since she's still one of the most prominent artists in K-pop.

IU Opens Up About Health Concern During Her 'Golden Sun' Concert
In other news, the "BBIBBI" songstress held her 'Golden Sun' solo concert on September 18, 2022, and revealed her health problem during the event.
IU stated it was difficult for her to perform on the concert, due to hearing problems. She elaborated how challenging it was for her on rehearsals, as well as on live stage.
However, things ended on a good note, with IU crediting fans for the concert's success because of their unconditional support.
"To be honest, today's concert was a little difficult. I had a little problem with my ears, which made me prepare for this concert with nervousness. It's nothing too serious, but I have been in situations where I cannot control my ears well since a year ago."
"I had a difficult time starting from last night to today's rehearsal, but today's performance is successful thanks to all of you."
