(KUALA LUMPUR - 30 January 2023) The first-ever SEEN FESTIVAL in Kuala Lumpur 2023, organised by CM Live, saw fans turned up at Axiata Arena, Bukit Jalil to vibe with aline-up of K-pop groups comprising NCT DREAM, WayV, KARD and ALICE, as well as Malaysia's pop quartet DOLLA.
The maiden major K-pop festival to take place at the arena featured a T-shaped stage, allowing concert-goers, especially those at SEEN ZONE or the standing area, to have an all-round,close-up view of their favourite idols.
Girl power heats up the evening as Malaysia's very own DOLLA opened the show and the crowd watched them glow with "Impikan", "BAD" and "Dolla Make You Wanna", before the 7-member group ALICE graced the stage in an all-white outfit and hit the high note with songslike "JACKPOT", "Summer Dream" and "DANCE ON" on their Malaysian debut.
Four-member co-ed group KARD made a splash by dropping electrifying hits such as "RingThe Alarm", "Oh NaNa" and "Dumb Litty". Some fans in the crowd got lucky when theirphones were grabbed away by the group of four for a selfie.
A green wave of NCT fan lightsticks welcomed WayV to the stage as the NCT sub-unit performs in Malaysia for the first time and they surely delivered with a string of hits including "Diamonds Only", "Broken Love" and their recent release "Phantom".
The green lightsticks stay on for NCT DREAM which got the fans cheering along to the impeccable performances such as "Hot Sauce", "Glitch Mode" and "BeatBox", before they ended the night sweetly with "Candy". The group even sang Happy Birthday with the crowd to celebrate a member's upcoming birthday. Fans were over the moon to see and be seen by their favourite idols at SEEN Festival in Kuala Lumpur 2023.
