VIPs, rejoice! After leaving YG Entertainment, BIGBANG T.O.P is finally embarking on his solo return to the music scene!

BIGBANG TOP Hints at Solo Comeback: 'Still making my albums'
On May 29, BIGBANG T.O.P drew attention to his future moves as he hinted at his solo comeback with a new album!
On Instagram, the idol uploaded a video and still cuts that teased his upcoming return to the music scene as a soloist.
In the video, the back of a hooded man was seen, who is believed to be T.O.P. He seems to be working on his music, and the still includes the caption:
"STILL MAKING MY ALBUMS"
He also added the emoji of record disks and the symbol of infinity, earning attention if it's going to be related to his forthcoming album.
As of writing, the post has amassed more than 175k likes, with fans showing an increased interest on whether the release of T.O.P's new song is finally approaching.
There is also anticipation if he will release his new album in South Korea or the U.S. In 2020, the "Turn It Up" singer declared that he wouldn't be making a comeback in his homeland "at all," adding that he didn't want to make a comeback yet as well.

But with this new update, it seems like T.O.P. is set to release bangers.

BIGBANG T.O.P's Recent Activities
The "DOOM DADA" rapper recently announced a somewhat different path from his career as a singer. He has been updating fans, especially VIPs (BIGBANG fandom), about his preparation for his participation in "Dear MOON."
This is the first civilian lunar flight project, which received interest from more than 1 million applicants.
But after the screening, the idol was selected along with other seven crew members from different fields, including DJ producers, photographers, documentary producers, actors, musicians and YouTubers from various countries.
Prior to BIGBANG's full comeback in April 2022 with "Still Life," T.O.P. announced that he did not renew its contract with YG Entertainment but he is still part of the group.
He also launched his wine business.
"We plan to provide more wine in some major countries through exclusive importers in the near future."
Following him, Taeyang and Daesung also left YG in December 2022.
Taeyang moved to the company's subsidiary, THEBLACKLABEL, while the latter signed to his new nest R&D Company, which launched a dedicated team for him, the D-Label.
G-Dragon is the only member remaining in YGE.
