"This is Kohwoo law firm. We are here to inform you on behalf of our client MC Mong.
1. SM Entertainment has made a statement claiming that an outside third-party has approached and influenced EXO's Baekhyun, Xiumin, and Chen. They are currently in the middle of a legal dispute with the three members.
2. Unfortunately, numerous speculative reports stated that the third-party forces SM Entertainment mentioned was "MC Mong" and "Big Planet Made, where MC Mong is an executive director."
3. We are informing everyone in this statement that MC Mong was not involved in any actions that incited the legal dispute between SM and the three EXO members. Furthermore, MC Mong is not Big Planet Made's executive director, emphasizing the rumors untrue.
4. MC Mong simply knows Baekhyun on a personal level, but he has never used his connection with Baekhyun to try and recruit him.
Since he is also Baekhyun's senior colleague in the music industry, he merely comforted Baekhyun at a social gathering as his junior colleague during the time when Baekhyun was having a difficult time due to issues with his agency.
There was no attempts or behavior such as "luring" like the way SM Entertainment described. We also like to inform everyone that the location is not somewhere preferrable to make such behavior possible.
5. We ask you to refrain from making further vague mentions of an unnamed "third-party" to prevent further misunderstandings and harm to MC Mong.
6. MC Mong has also stated his side and facts truthfully through this press release. We will take legal action to those who'll spread false accusations and rumors. We ask for your cooperation in order to prevent additional damage."
