EXO-CBX Lawsuit Against SM Entertainment
On June 1, EXO-CBX comprised of Chen, Baekhyun and Xiumin announced through a law firm that they filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment to terminate the validity of its contract.
According to the members, it was due to the "slave" contract the company is forcing on them as well as due to overdue payments.

BIGBANG G-Dragon's Contract With YG Expires
On June 6, YG Entertainment released a statement saying that its exclusive contract with BIGBANG G-Dragon already expired.
According to its official position, the two sides are discussing separate contracts for his advertisement activities and additional contract for his music activities once they resume.
