She showed affection for the girl group and expressed her longing for her co-members now that she pursues a solo path.

"I definitely feel lonely because I have to do everything by myself. I think there's a lot of pressure. When I'm on stage, I sometimes feel empty because I don't have my members to play or make eye contact with."

The "ARIA" singer explained:

"When we ended our contract, we did not use the term, 'disbandment,' but there were many articles that said we disbanded. We've never thought of disbanding."

She added to the anticipation of fans, especially BUDDYs, by confirming GFRIEND's comeback in the future.

"I can't give you a definite answer when it will be, but we will definitely reunite."

In the same interview, she also mentioned the popular "YeJu line" (Yerin and Yuju), an unofficial GFRIEND sub-unit that fans continue to anticipate.

"If I have a chance, I want to do activities with her together. I will ask Yuju about what she thinks."

GFRIEND Yerin to Make Solo Comeback With 'Ready, Set, LOVE' + Acting Career

Meanwhile, after leaving their first company, Source Music, Yerin found her new nest in Bill Entertainment and will start anew as a soloist and actress.

On August 23, Yerin will return with her second mini-album "Ready, Set, LOVE." During the interview with the magazine, she conveyed her feelings about her solo comeback.

"I'm not saying this because it's my album, but all three songs came out really well enough to be used as title songs. I'm very excited because it's my first comeback in a year."

Aside from her main job as a singer, Yerin also entered the acting scene as she officially debuted with her web drama, "The Witch Store Reopens."

Regarding the fact that she immediately played the main role in her debut web drama, she said:

"I thought I am not that bad considering I didn't learn acting. At that time, the director also said that every time I filmed it, my acting improved. When I filmed the last episode, they were amazed by my acting, so I was really proud at that time."
