NMIXX Sullyoon & Stray Kids Lee Know Are Dating? 'Proof' Video Resurfaces
Earlier in various online communities and SNS, NMIXX Sullyoon and Stray Kids Lee Know raised suspicions of being in a romantic relationship after a video of them resurfaced.
In particular, netizens speculated that the celebrities are dating as they were spotted being "sweet" and "close" to each other at the recent Music Core Ulsan Summer Festival.

In the video, the two are seen in their comfortable clothes.
Although the quality of the video is not the best, Sullyoon and Lee Know are facing each other while laughing and talking.
This video alone made netizens revisit their interactions as MCs for MBC's "Show! Music Core and asked the question, "Are they dating?"
NSWERs, STAYs Defend Sullyoon & Lee Know From 'Absurd' Dating Rumor
When this rumor started to spread in the K-pop community, particularly among NSWERs (NMIXX fandom) and STAYs (Stray Kids fans), the two fan bases immediately shut it down and criticized K-netizens.
Both fandoms criticized netters who raised suspicion and asked them if they never had a male friend. Fans scoffed at them and expressed frustration that laughing and talking with the opposite sex could put both idols in a romantic relationship allegation.
Fans then insisted that Sullyoon and Lee Know are only friends, and it is not shocking to see if they are close since prior to becoming MCs for the MBC music show.
They were originally both under JYP Entertainment; thus, it would be weirder if the 19-year-old female idol and the 24-year-old ENHYPEN member weren't close.
As for the reason they were smiling together, fans explained that Sullyoon and Lee Know were actually watching STAYC's rehearsal performance and both were just enjoying the stage.
Second-gen K-pop fans also mocked the "forced" dating rumor after seeing that the evidence was only the video where they were laughing. The older K-pop supporters criticized newer fans that they would not survive if they saw the skinship and close relationship of idols during the 2nd-gen era even if they were just friends.
They continued to raise brows against younger fans and pointed out that the absurd dating rumor after small interactions between idols is one of the reasons celebrities' wholesome interactions in shows and ceremonies don't happen anymore.
- "You don't have a male friend, do you? I'm guessing they got closer while being Mu-core MCs. You're the fxxxing loser if you think they are dating because they are talking while smiling."
- "They are from the same agency, plus, I'm sure they've gotten close after MCing every week. I'm also a fan of STAYC even before their debut, so maybe they are laughing because they are happy to see them performing rehearsals."
- "This is dating evidence for you fourth-gen stans? Just wait until you see proofs of second-gen idols dating but will insist they are friends till the end."
- "Just seeing people sticking together makes them delusional that they are all dating. It's scary, to be honest."
