During the interview, the production team said to Kwang Jin:

"You were kicked out of N.Flying for dating a fan. At the time, it was said that it is not true that you dated a fan or sexually harassed her, but there was an article saying that there was an exchange.”

Kwangjin was removed from N. Flying in 2018 after a claim that he was seducing and dating fans. There were also rumors that he sexually harassed them.

Kwon Kwang Jin clarified:

"We were just dating at the time. I had an ideological education that I should not date for the first time, so I unknowingly lied in self-defense, but I was found to be dating."

In the same year, he parted ways with the group. Kwang Jin admitted to dating a fan and in 2021, the couple got married.

Regarding how he met his current wife who used to be his fan, Kwang Jin narrated:

“It was fate, that fan is my current wife. I fell in love with her because she was pretty."

He continued:

"She wished me a happy birthday at that time, and I asked for her number because I was grateful that my wife was there. It was a coincidence that I encountered my wife taking pictures at the scene."

The PD team also drew laughter when they emphasized that fans always have a lot of money for their idols after Kwang Jin boasted a luxury watch that his wife brought him in Times Square.

Kwang Jin Explains Sexual Assault Rumor that Got Him Kicked Out of N. Flying

While marrying an idol was often a fan's dream, their relationship initially didn't receive approval from his supporters after accusations that he was habitually dating, seducing, and harassing fans. This controversy broke out during the time he was dating his wife.

However, Kwang Jin firmly denied it again, stating:

“The rumor was ridiculous, they accused me of sexual harassment, but I was not famous enough to make it a hot topic."

He continued:

"It's just a rumor, it was an internet rumor that hasn't even been reported to the police."

Just then, Kwang Jin revealed a huge plot twist that made viewers shiver. The idol said:

"The rumor was written by my wife's close older friend. She got jealous when (my wife) met me. I was shocked, too. I've never done anything like this before, but I sued her."
