The agency has released an update regarding the three FIFTY FIFTY members.

Read their full statement below:
"The agency has notified three of FIFTY FIFTY members about their exclusive contract termination except for Keena (Song Jakyung). These three members (whose contracts were terminated) are Saena (Jeong Sehyun), Sio (Jeong Jiho), and Aran (Jeong Eunah).
The three aforementioned members of FIFTY FIFTY, who took legal action against us, have not shown any signs of correction or reflection for their serious contract violations, leading to the decision of termination. We are now discussing a follow-up response to the members."
Earlier on October 16, Keena dropped her lawsuit against ATTRAKT after making changes to her legal representatives.
On October 20, Keena conversed with Dispatch in an exclusive interview. She shared the undisclosed details regarding FIFTY FIFTY's reason for filing a lawsuit against ATTRAKT, together with PD Ahn Sung Il's "gaslighting" and involvement in the decision.

The news of Sio, Saena, and Aran's exclusive contract termination spread out across online communities. The termination sparked mixed reactions from netizens. Some agreed with ATTRAKT's decision while commending Keena for "redeeming" herself.

- "CEO-nim, fighting! I hope he wins the compensation money for all the damages."
- "Life is all about timing and grabbing the opportunity when it shows itself in front of you. Farewell to all of you, goodbye."
- "Can they just add three members from the audition program and continue to use the name FIFTY FIFTY?"
- "I really hope that Keena succeeds."
- "Let's have FIFTY FIFTY as a one-membered group with only Keena in it."
However, some argued that ATTRAKT's decision to terminate Saena, Sio, and Aran's contracts would spell doom for the three members.
After termination, fans claim the members would still have to deal with the breach of contract, their broken image, and the possibility of being blacklisted from the K-pop industry.
- "The people who are currently celebrating on Twitter have the story twisted. This is terrible news for the three members."
- "This would mean that they'll still be sued for breach of contract, blacklisted from the industry, and their reputation couldn't be worse in Korea."
- "K-pop fans on Twitter have no idea what's going on. Those three members' lives are f**ked now."
- "Good luck to those three members. They're now free from their contracts, but they're also free to be sued for breach of contract offenses and such. Undoubtedly, no one in the K-pop industry would willingly hire these three girls at all, ever again."
- "They're going to deal with a lot, not to add their trainee debt. If they're lucky enough, ATTRAKT won't ask them to pay a large compensation for the damages."
