On November 26, statistical graphs showing the most searched idol group members this 2023 became a hot topic among K-pop fans.

In particular, being in the top 50 of such a list is truly significant as it serves as a factor to determine the popularity of a certain group or member.

It implies that when a fan looks for an idol through the most-used search engine, the celebrity is drawing more attention and interest as well as increasing the possibility of earning more consumers as brands.

As a result, BTS Jungkook topped the rankings as #1, followed by BTS V and ASTRO Cha Eun Woo in second and third place, in order.

In the Top 50, BTS impressed after all the members entered the rankings: Jimin in 4th place, Jin in 6th place, Suga in 7th place, RM (11th place), and J-Hope (25th place).

SHINee, known for their moniker "Prince of K-pop," is the only boy group aside from BTS with all members entering the Top 50. Taemin ranked the highest in 18th place, Onew (#23), Jonghyun (#33), Key (#37), and Minho (#46th).

In the female category, Karina secured the spot as the #1 most searched female idol, followed by her co-"It Girls" IVE Jang Wonyoung and BLACKPINK Jennie in second and third place, respectively.

In the rankings, there are only seven girl groups wherein all members were able to enter the Top 50.

Starting with aespa, Winter trailed behind Karina in #6, Giselle in 34th place, and NingNing in 43rd place.

BLACKPINK members then reigned as well with Jisoo in the 7th place, Lisa as No. 12, and Rosé as No. 16.

As for NewJeans, Haerin ranked highest among members after entering rank 8th, while Minji is in the 9th spot. Hanni ranked 13th, Hyein on No. 18th, and Danielle (#24).

Going to IVE, An Yujin ranked fourth place, Leeseo (No. 15), Liz (No. 25), Rei (No. 41) and Gaeul (No. 46).

(G)I-DLE had Miyeon ranked highest at No. 19, Shuhua at No. 29, Minnie at 35th place, Soyeon at No. 37 and Yuji at No. 38.

aespa's senior sister group Red Velvet also entered the Top 50, with Irene at #20, Seulgi at 33, Joy (No. 39), Yeri (No. 44) and Wendy (No. 45).

Lastly, all LE SSERAFIM members joined the Top 50 with Kim Chaewon in 5th place, Kazuha (10th), Sakura (14th place) Hong Eunchae (22nd place) and Huh Yunjin (27th place).
