THIS second-gen female idol is legendary for a reason. Not only her skills and visuals are powerful, but her stunning charisma is truly unrivaled even back when she was 21 years old!
In an online forum, a netizen wrote an article featuring the one and only "Black Pearl" of Girls' Generation, Yuri!
The post looked back on the idol's appearance back when she was 21 years old and upon seeing it, fans couldn't help but admire her unchanging beauty!
Netizens Recall Girls' Generation Yuri's Iconic Look When She Was 21
On December 10, Yuri became a hot topic among Korean netizens in the online site Instiz for her photos when she was in her 20s.
At the time, the "Nation's Girl Group" was actively promoting their hit, "Genie," released in 2009. Flaunting a sailor-uniform-inspired outfit, Yuri at 21 years old boasted long legs and long, wavy, black hair. She also had tan skin and a small waist on top of her pretty facial features.
Although she was very young at the time, fans who saw the photos all agreed that her aura and charisma even when just standing were truly unmatched.
Yuri didn't exude the vibe of a rookie despite being a 2-year-old girl group only at the time, but someone a "born-to-be-idol."
Under the trending post, netizens left comments such as:
- "Crazy."
- "This girl hasn't changed."
- "This is Girls' Generation."
- "Genie Yuri. It's legendary. So pretty."
- "But mature people really don't change even when they get older."
- "Our black pearl."
- "Genie Yuri is really pretty. I think she looks best with black hair and smokey makeup. Even now, whenever she has black hair, she looks the same."
- "She is legendary."
- "But to have that aura at 21, she was really born with it."
