Earlier on December 13, Red Velvet appeared at the Lazada Fest 12.12 in Jakarta, Indonesia. Red Velvet was also accompanied by fellow artists SHINee Key, Rizky Febian, and Vierratale.
On April 26, SM Entertainment officially announced Joy's hiatus due to poor health condition. The agency shared that after Joy had visited the hospital for examination, it was concluded that a temporary break from group activities would be necessary to recover her health.
