ITZY Reveals They Spent THIS Much Time in a Day Practicing for 'UNTOUCHABLE' Comeback
ITZY, who recently made a comeback with their latest album, "BORN TO BE," appeared as guests on SBS Power FM's "Choi Hwa Jeong's Power Time" on January 17.
On this day, Yeji explained that the concept of "BORN TO BE" is "fire flavor." It strongly contrasts with their previous comeback, "CAKE," which had a bright and live atmosphere. With this new, intense concept, ITZY worked extremely hard, as if they themselves were on fire.
"We previously promoted the song 'CAKE,' which had a lively and bright atmosphere. However, for this album, we focus on powerful performances, and the songs themselves are intense. All four of us worked extremely hard, and it almost felt like we were on fire."
Ryujin then expressed just how hard the members worked for their comeback. She revealed that each member put their all into preparations. This meant not only putting their all into the performance; each member participated in producing their own solo songs. Since they worked so hard, they were fiercely dedicated to putting in their all.
"We worked hard for this album. Whether it is in terms of the dances or the fact that each member participated in the production of our own solo songs for the first time, there was a lot we wanted to showcase in this album. That is why we embraced fierce dedication."
When asked about how long they spent practicing, Chaeryeong surprised host Choi Hwa Jung by saying, "When we practice for a long time, it can go on for around eight hours a day."
