Stray Kids Felix Praised by STAYs for Volunteer Work Despite Vacation
Apart from his artistry and talent, Felix is also known for being an active philanthropist, as shown in several of his donations to major relief organizations and awareness.
Earlier on January 4, the Korean Committee of UNICEF revealed that Felix donated a total of 100 million won ($76,500 USD) to aid the children of Laos. The contribution also led Felix to become the youngest member of UNICEF's Honors Club.
"Felix is a well-known figure acknowledged for his donations tp the underprivileged," UNICEF shared. "He has become the youngest member of UNICEF's Honors Club in history and the first member of 2024."
The organization continued, "Felix made a generous donation to aid the children in Laos, who are experiencing difficulties in growing healthily due to poor drinking water, sanitation, and nutrition."
"I made this donation to share the love I have received." Felix shared. "I hope the children in Laos who are suffering from poor conditions will grow up healthy in a safer environment next year."
In a new development, various photos, and clips on social media platform X (Twitter) showed the "S-CLASS" singer doing volunteer work in Laos. Fans were warmed to see Felix interacting with the children on site and praised the idol's philanthropy despite being on a holiday break due to Korean Lunar New Year.
