During her appearance on "Radio Star," Chungha confessed that before releasing her latest album, she contemplated retiring from the entertainment industry following the expiration of her seven-year contract with her previous agency. She expressed feeling uncertain about her identity and experiencing burnout.

Following the expiration of her contract with her previous agency, she revealed she received offers from about 30 different companies. However, she ultimately opted for a company led by Jay Park.
Curiosity arises about her choice and the debut performance of her new song, "EENIE MEENIE," which showcases a different musical style.
Chungha garnered attention by revealing she considered retiring before releasing her latest album. Despite achieving success with each album release, including hits like "Gotta Go" and "Roller Coaster," she struggled due to the lack of performance opportunities amidst the COVID-19 pandemic and feeling lost due to constant concept changes.
Chungha shared, "I released over 100 solo songs in the past 7 years... so I think that's why I experienced burnout."
Chungha Shares More Anecdotes on 'Radio Star'
During the show, she disclosed various stories, such as the wide recognition received for the choreography behind "Gotta Go," her generous gesture of presenting luxury bags to her dance team, clearing her family's debts, and showering her mother with gifts after the success of "Gotta Go."
Chungha also revealed a cute mistake she made during her school years abroad, showcasing her growth since then. Kim Gura complimented her improved wit, remarking, "You seemed lacking when you appeared on 'Midnight Horror Stories,' but now you've become more eloquent."
