Fan Draws Backlash for Asking TXT Soobin to Expose More Skin During Live Stream
On March 9, 2024, Soobin of TXt held a live stream on Weverse to communicate with the group's fan base, MOA. During the live stream, Soobin was seen reading comments left by fans and responding to them. It was a comfortable and calm live stream that MOAs loved and appreciated.

During the live stream, Soobin read a fan's comment and reacted, saying, "You're telling me to open the neckline of my shirt wider? How can you say something like that?" As he spoke, he clutched at the collar of his shirt, concealing the little amount of skin that was revealed.
Shocked that the fan was asking Soobin to reveal more skin, the idol appeared to laugh awkwardly. However, the smile soon dropped from his face. Many who watched the live stream said he looked uncomfortable with the whole situation.
Soon after the live stream, a clip showing the segment was shared on social media platforms. Quickly, fans slammed the viewer for asking Soobin to do something revealing. Many were saddened by how his smile dropped and stressed that idols are also humans, not things to be objectified.
