On March 19, 2024, Karina posted several photos along with the caption "Bangkok, I really like you." In the photos shared, Karina is seen leisurely enjoying her time in Bangkok.
In particular, Karina wearing white sunglasses in most of the photos stands out. Following Karina's post, attention is also being drawn to the photos posted by Lee Jae Wook last year.

Background on aespa Karina & Lee Jae Wook's Relationship
Karina and Lee Jae Wook first met in January 2024. Both celebrities attended Milan Fashion Week as guests of Prada's fashion show. According to Dispatch's exclusive report, which was released on February 27, 2024, they fell in love at first sight and quickly started dating after their first meeting.
When the news first broke out, SM Entertainment (Karina's agency) and C-JeS Studio (Lee Jae Wook's former agency) stated they needed to confirm the facts. Not long after, both companies released a follow-up statement.
C-JeS Studio was the first to verify the news, confirming that they are currently in the process of getting to know each other. The company kindly requested that the public look at them with warmth and respect their privacy, especially since Lee Jae Wook's is currently filming his upcoming project.
SM Entertainment released a statement soon after. They reiterated that the two are getting to know each other.
