NMIXX Draws Concern After Appearing Exhausted During Fancalls + NSWERs Slam JYP Entertainment

NMIXX has been actively promoting since the start of the year, and it appears to be taking a toll on them. Concerns arose after the members appeared visibly tired during a fan call.

NMIXX were among the first K-pop groups to make a comeback this year. Since their comeback, the girl group has been actively participating in their schedules. They attend shows, hold fan signs, and even do virtual fan calls to meet fans.

Though the constant flow of activities is helping boost their name, it also means they are not taking breaks. Many are concerned over the members' well-beings following a recent fan call experience.

NMIXX Draws Concern After Appearing Exhausted During Fancalls

On March 19, 2024, a Chinese NSWER shared their fan call experience with NMIXX on the Chinese social media platform, Weibo.

In their post, the fan stated they could not help but bring up the topic. The NSWER stated how disappointing it is to see the members hold fan calls while they are obviously exhausted. The fan stressed, however, that this is not the fault of the NMIXX members.

The poster included screenshots of their fan call with Sullyoon, stating that it looked like she was close to passing out. According to the poster, all the members appear to be suffering from sleep deprivation.

The fan continued to state that this is not NMIXX's fault, but they could not help but feel disappointed at how their fan call turned out, especially since they spent a lot of money to win a spot.

The fan's post has since garnered over 30,000 likes and over 700,000 views on Weibo.

NSWERs Slam JYP Entertainment For Overworking NMIXX

Following the post, many criticized JYP Entertainment for overworking the girl group and neglecting their artists' health.

NMIXX released their second mini-album, "Fe3O4: Break," and its lead single, "DASH," on January 15, 2024. However, their promotions started earlier, as they pre-released "Soñar (Breaker)" on December 4, 2023.

As the girls have continued to embark on activities since then, this means they have been promoting for nearly four months now.

Many sympathized with the girl group, stating that it was obvious they were tired but still worked diligently to complete their activities with a positive attitude. Fans pointed out that based on the members' Bubble activities, it is evident they only get to sleep a few hours during the early morning.

Others stated it is taxing to continuously shoot content, hold fan signs, and attend schedules all while trying to remain healthy. People slammed the company for not allowing them to take breaks when they have been promoting for months.
