In an exclusive interview with Xports News, Moon elaborated on the nature of the rumors, highlighting how they misrepresented his past actions and relationships.
He noted a deliberate effort to create false narratives, particularly regarding discord among ZE:A members, which has strained his connections with his bandmates.
Moon stated, "I've seen unbelievable stories circulating in online communities. I've been in touch with the members, calling and texting them just yesterday and today. But some netizens, pretending to be fans of the members, are trying to spread rumors that there's discord among us, attempting to distort the truth."

Moon also shared the personal toll these rumors have taken, especially on his fiancée, who is an accomplished entertainment industry professional and painter.
He praised her talents and achievements, highlighting their collaborative endeavors and her role within his entertainment company.
"I even shared my girlfriend's business card, and she received a lot of strange messages. My wife paints as well. The paintings I posted on my Instagram were done by her... Whatever my wife does, she excels at. She has no flaws. It's not just because I'm head over heels in love; she genuinely has no flaws," Moon remarked .
