Young K asked Nayeon if she is the type to diet or eat freely while she has activities as an idol. There, Nayeon revealed that she is the type who likes to enjoy whatever she eats. She confessed that she often has a hard time restricting herself.

Of course, that doesn't mean she doesn't have rules when she diets. She told Young K that when she needs to slim down or has a goal weight, she manages her diet well. One tip she mentioned is that she avoids eating late at night.

Young K: So, do you eat freely even when you have activities, or do you manage your diet?

Nayeon: I am not the type to resist eating what I really want.

Young K: Really?

Nayeon: When I need to lose weight or have a head towards a certain direction, that is when I manage my diet. Like I never eat late at night.

The DAY6 member then asked Nayeon to pick her favorite desserts, such as chocolate, ice cream, snacks, jelly, and bread.

Nayeon laughed, surprising everyone by revealing that she was actually not that fond of sweets. However, she revealed that she cannot give up ice cream, revealing that she always has one in her freezer for when she gets the craving.

Young K: Out of desserts such as ice cream, chocolate, jelly, snacks, and bread - if you can give up on it, you will receive one million won each. What would you give up?

Nayeon: Honestly, I do not really like sweet things that much. I think I can give them all up. But ice cream... I cannot live without ice cream. I always have it in my freezer.
