Chinese Influencer Draws Attention For Uncanny Resemblance to BLACKPINK Jennie

A Chinese influencer is making waves online due to her visual similarities to BLACKPINK member Jennie.

Earlier this year, Jennie unveiled her third collaboration collection with luxury eyewear brand Gentle Monster. Titled "Jentle Salon," the collection contains a large selection of fashionable eyewear and charms.

The idol donned several looks to promote her shades. One look that went viral featured Jennie wearing a pair of glasses from her collection. For her outfit, she wore a spaghetti-strap white mini dress, paired with a black scarf and white tights.

Many loved the idol's long braids and red lips, which immediately caught attention due to her neutral-toned outfit.

Recently, a video was shared to TikTok of an influencer visiting a Gentle Monster store, which was decked out in "Jentle Salon" decor. Soon, netizens were left stunned due to the influencer's uncanny resemblance to the "SOLO" songstress.

The resemblance is so uncanny that some citizens claimed that they rushed to Jennie's Instagram and other social media platforms to check if they had missed a post from the idol.

Since the influencer was dressed in a similar style to Jennie's viral look, many were left confused about who was who. However, it did not take long for people to discover the influencer's Weibo, with many gushing over her stunning looks.

The main reason for their resemblance is their cat-like eyes. With sharp eye lines, the two looked especially alike when they winked. Additionally, since the influencer was wearing glasses from Jennie's collection, it made the resemblance all the more emphasized.

However, some people claimed they only looked alike from some angles. In other photos, it can be seen that they have different eyebrow and lip shapes.
