In South Korea, the quartet continues its record-breaking streak by taking the No. 1 spot on major charts, such as the Melon Top 100 and Hot 100, as well as Bugs, Genie, and Flo.

As of this writing, its cumulative streams on Spotify also exceeded 18 million, proving its power.

Thanks to this record, aespa joined the list of artists who achieved Real-Time All-Kill (RAK) this 2024!

With this, the next goal would be Perfect All-Kill (PAK), which means topping the real-time, daily, and weekly charts simultaneously, which is aggregated by the Instiz iChart.

It has been two weeks, and given the massive impact of "Supernova," MYs (fandom) can't help but wonder why the group has yet to get this well-deserved achievement.

Looking at the chart, the main "culprit" is the Vibe music chart. Although MYs are working hard on streaming, "Supernova" confusingly stayed at No. 3.

Interestingly, this is not the first time that it happened to an artist, but Neverlands, fans of (G)I-DLE, were also complaining about this happening to them before.

As a result, aespa's fandom started calling out the online music chart aggregator, iChart and expressed their frustration with what is really happening.

Some MYs are already losing hope since huge competitors including NewJeans and BTS RM will release their respective songs on May 24, conveying that they felt robbed.

As the complaints continued, iChart then decided to apologize to MYs, saying:

"We're sorry we couldn't make aespa's 'Supernova' a perfect all-kill."

With this reply, they received more negative comments urging them to just remove Vibe, which is not usually used by a lot of music fans.

However, iChart explained:

"We can't intervene with Vibe's ranking."

Here are some fans' reactions to this:

Meanwhile, aespa is not yet done and is actually just starting to dominate the music scene. On May 27, the group will drop its first full-length album, "Armageddon" along with a same-name double title track.

The quartet's much-awaited studio album after four years will consist of 8 other b-sides which will be unveiled on the same day.
