BLACKPINK Jennie Discusses Self-Care & Change in Latest Interview

During her interview with Vogue Singapore, BLACKPINK member Jennie dished on self-care and her thoughts on change.

During the interview, Vogue noted that Jennie prioritizes having adequate rest. This led them to wonder how the idol fits in self-care amid her busy schedule as a top star.

Jennie revealed that in 2023, she had a surprisingly busy year due to BLACKPINK's world tour. However, after the event, Jennie took a long break in South Korea to recharge.

The location where she rested appears to be important, as she mentioned Seoul is a city that represents her during the same interview.

She revealed that during her break, she endulged in relaxing activities such as meditation and lazing around in bed listening to music. Jennie added she is the happiest when she returns home, as it is a place where she can prioritize on her "me time."

The idol also spoke about change during the interview. Specifically, the idol was asked about whether she would pursue change or remain true to her authentic self.

While she consistently tries to strive to do something new and showcase unique sides for the fans, Jennie still prioritizes finding the authenticity in all of it. She doesn't want to force any pretences, as she believes the outcome will not be as good.

Jennie also hinted at new music during the interview! She confessed that she spends all of her time working on new music. She is working hard with the goal of reaching a new audience with her music. Jennie raised expectations by saying she will release something that exceeds peoples standards.
