In light of these developments, DC Inside Forum conducted a poll titled "Shameless artists who are living well despite public backlash" from June 3 to June 9. Seungri emerged as the most notorious, topping the poll with 3,278 votes out of 17,601.

The poll also included other controversial figures like trot singer Kim Ho Joong, who was involved in a drunk driving incident, and rapper MC Mong, who garnered infamy for evading military service. These individuals rounded up the top three.

These artists share a common narrative: despite being deeply embroiled in major scandals and legal violations, they continue their careers unaffected by the public's negative opinions of them. Seungri, in particular, has become the most despised among them.

Reports claim that he plans to open a nightclub in Southeast Asia and is attempting to re-establish himself in Hong Kong.
