12 K-pop Groups Who Secured Spots On Billboard's World Albums Chart THIS June 2024: ATEEZ, TXT, SEVENTEEN, More!
For the week ending on June 15, Billboard has officially released the newest rankings on its World Albums Chart. The chart involves albums from artists around the globe, but several artists from the K-pop industry managed to land a spot on the list.
Here are the 12 K-pop artists reigning Billboard's 2nd World Albums Chart in June 2024!
1. ATEEZ - 'GOLDEN HOUR: Part. 1'

ATEEZ secured the No. 1 spot with their 10th mini album "GOLDEN HOUR: Part. 1," which was released on May 31. Earlier on June 9, the album also made it in No. 2 on Billboard's Top 200 Albums.
The release also garnered a total of 131,000 equivalent album units, 127,000 in traditional album sales, 4,000 equivalent albums, 6.15 million on-demand streams, and also achieved the biggest U.S sales week this 2024 among any K-pop albums.

TXT's sixth mini album "minisode 3: TOMORROW" followed closely in No. 3 on the original list.
3. SEVENTEEN - '17 IS RIGHT HERE'

In No. 5, the place was claimed by none other than SEVENTEEN's first-ever best-of album "17 IS RIGHT HERE," contains their best releases.

The No. 6 spot was occupied by aespa's first full album "Armageddon."
5. ARTMS - 'Dall'

ARTMS trailed in seventh place with their first full album "Dall." The album, along with its title track "Virtual Angel," was released on May 31.
6. BTS - 'Proof'
BTS's first anthology album "Proof" claimed No. 8 on the rankings. The album was released on June 10, 2022, and has proved its longevity on the charts ever since.
7. ILLIT - 'SUPER REAL ME'
ILLIT took over No. 10 with their debut mini album "SUPER REAL ME." The album also contains their viral hit track "Magnetic."
8. NewJeans - 'Get Up'
NewJeans' second mini album "Get Up" followed at No. 11.
9. Stray Kids - 'ROCK-STAR'
Stray Kids' eighth mini album "ROCK-STAR" managed to secure No. 12.
10. BTS Jimin - 'FACE'
Jimin's solo debut album "FACE" trailed on No. 13.
11. LE SSERAFIM - 'EASY'
In No. 14, LE SSERAFIM claimed the place with their third mini album "EASY."
12. ENHYPEN - 'ORANGE BLOOD'
ENHYPEN secured No. 15 with their fifth mini album "ORANGE BLOOD."
