Recently, BABYMONSTER, often dubbed as the "little sister group of BLACKPINK," successfully hosted a fan meeting in Bangkok, Thailand. The event held special significance as it is the hometown of two members, Chiquita and Pharita, sparking strong emotions during their performances.
During performances of their songs "Dream" and "Stuck In The Middle," Chiquita became overwhelmed with emotion, unable to hold back tears.
The song "Dream" narrates the journey of seven YG Entertainment trainees towards their debut, making Chiquita's first official performance in her hometown with BABYMONSTER deeply significant.

Fellow members such as Ahyeon, Rora, Rami, and Pharita embraced their youngest member tightly in an attempt to comfort her. Despite efforts to compose herself, tears continued to stream down Chiquita's cheeks, hindering her ability to sing.
The young idol even resorted to self-comforting gestures, leaving fans heartbroken witnessing her emotional struggle.

In other news, BABYMONSTER released the single "FOREVER" on July 1. The song serves as a pre-release track for their upcoming debut studio album. The release date for thr album has yet to be announced by YG Entertainment.
The group embarked on their first fan meeting tour following their debut in April. The tour started in May and spans across five Asian regions: Singapore, Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, and Indonesia. Within forty days of their debut, BABYMONSTER performed in large arenas, achieving a notable milestone by selling out 26,000 tickets at their Tokyo event alone.
On April 1, 2024, BABYMONSTER made their official debut with their first mini-album, "BABYMONS7ER," and its lead single, "SHEESH." Previously, the group released "Stuck in the Middle" in February 2024 and "BATTER UP" in November 2023. The songs were released with six members, as Ahyeon was placed on a hiatus due to health issues.
