On July 14, ATEEZ began their "2024 WORLD TOUR [TOWARDS THE LIGHT: WILL TO POWER]" at the Tacoma Dome in Tacoma, Washington. The event was highly anticipated, as the concert will kickstart the boy group's venture across North America.

The first ATEEZ concert made a buzz online, leading to numerous clips and highlights being uploaded. However, one particular moment in the show generated a slew of reactions from netizens. On July 17, TikTok user @skzharmonysgf uploaded a video featuring Hongjoong.

According to the post, Hongjoong casually told the audience, "I also love the Twin Towers," which surprised netizens. Though most ATINYs knew he was referring to fellow members Mingi and Yunho due to their tall height, others claimed that some audience members fell silent.

In the comments section, fans expressed shock and confusion with the remarks. Many ATINYs also claimed that "Twin Towers" was the term for Mingi and Yunho's duo name, while some shared that the term is also used in sports to describe tall players. 

The basis of their reactions was grounded on the horrific real-life incident that took place on September 11, 2001, when a devastating terrorist attack destroyed the "Twin Towers" at New York's World Trade Center.
