An agency representative also approached the outlet, who shared, "The trademark rights of G-Dragon and GD have been transferred to the artist."

Meanwhile, G-Dragon's current company, Galaxy Corporation, also released a brief statement regarding the transaction: "There is no problem at all in using the name G-Dragon."
