G-Dragon's Agency Responds to His October Comeback Rumor

Following initial reports that G-Dragon will have a solo comeback in October, his agency provided more information regarding this news.

On Sept. 12th, Galaxy Corporation, BIGBANG GD's label, took to the media to address the K-pop icon's reported return to the music scene next month. In an article by OSEN, the company said:

"G-Dragon's comeback date has not been confirmed yet. It is still under discussion and we will announce it once the schedule is set."

This statement was released as a response to a report written by Ten Asia on the same day. According to the media outlet, the star will release a digital single in October and will appear on the tvN talk show, "You Quiz on the Block." The report also claimed that GD and the show led by Yoo Jae Suk are currently trying to match their schedules.

Previously, Galaxy Corp announced that GD is preparing for a solo song set to be unveiled in the second half of 2024. However, the agency continuously refutes October and November comeback predictions, drawing attention from K-pop fans.

Meanwhile, this possible comeback is meaningful to VIPs (BIGBANG fandom) as this will be GD's first music release in seven years.
