ITZY Lia sparked claims that she underwent plastic surgery after netizens noticed the change in her nose.

Ahead of ITZY's much-awaited return on Oct. 15th with "GOLD," its official social media platforms shared a 2-minute and 35-second album concept teaser. 

In the video, she ignited excitement as this will also mark member Lia's return to the group following her health hiatus since Sept. last year. 

As a result, her appearance attracted massive attention and garnered cheering messages as well, hoping that their comeback would go well.

However, even before their promotion started, Lia made an underwhelming impression after fans recognized the change in her face, particularly her nose. 

During the parts where she flaunted her side profile, netizens can't help but notice her higher and longer nose tip, which eventually sparked speculations that she went under the knife. 

She disappointed them with how her beauty drastically changed as weĺl, contrary to her natural and classy image since her debut.

Amid this, MIDZY, Lia's supporters are hoping that K-Netz will refrain from adding the unconfirmed narrative she had a break from the music scene to "heal" her nose and ask people to be kinder to the female idol, who just got back to work after recovering her physical and mental health.
