Girl's Day Bang Minah Signs Contract With SM Entertainment's Subsidiary

Bang Minah officially joined the SM family after signing an exclusive contract with one of its most popular subsidiary labels.

On Oct. 8th, SM Culture & Contents (SM C&C), a subsidiary of SM Studios owned by SM Entertainment welcomed its new artist, Bang Minah!

On its official position, the agency announced:

"We are delighted to be working with a gem of an actress like Bang Minah. We plan to spare no effort to support Bang Minah so that she can showcase an even wider and deeper acting spectrum, adding to the excellent filmography she has built as an actress."

Under SM C&C, Bang will continue her work as an actress notable for her works such as "Beautiful Gong Shim," "My Absolute Boyfriend," and "Delivery Man."

She will also further expand her career as a musical actress under the label, following her debut with "The Days" in 2020. This coming November, she is set to star in a new project, "Tick, Tick Boom."

Meanwhile, Bang Minah was first loved as the main vocalist of Girl's Day launched by DreamT Entertainment in 2010. Since then, they established their position in the K-pop scene with hits like "Someday," and "Female President."

When the group became inactive, she left the label in 2019 and transferred to Yooborn Company before signing with SM C&C, home to top entertainers and actors including Kang Ho Dong, Jeon Hyun Moo, Seo Jang Hoon, Led Jin Ho, and many more.
