Idol-turned-actress Kwon So Hyun answered whether 4Minute will ever reunite, including the controversial member HyunA.
On November 15, Kwon So Hyun sat down in an interview with the press ahead of the release of her new film, "Delivery." Here, they dished on her transition to an actress, as well as her thoughts about her previous idol career.
In particular, Kwon debuted as 4minute in 2009, under the label Cube Entertainment. During the peak of their career as a group, they rose to fame with their hits "Hot Issue," "Crazy," "Hate," and more.
Unfortunately, they disbanded in 2016 after the members, except HyunA, left the agency.
After 8 years, So Hyun was asked about one of the items on her "bucket list" and she drew attention as she chose "4Minute reunion."
She explained:
"Every time I see 2nd-gen idols reuniting, I think about wanting to reunite too. I have a goal. I want to be able to perform on stage with 4Minute at least once someday. I do think about that.
I think the stage for 'Hate' that we performed at the university festival event in May 2016 was 4Minute's last stage. But at the time, we went on that stage not knowing it would be the last.
It ended suddenly, so having a last stage is on my 'bucket list'."
Before they disbanded, rumors claimed that the other members' relationship with HyunA was strained due to a stark difference in the treatment and popularity of the female idol to them.
However, through the years, 4Minute has been clarifying that this rumor is false and that there had been no animosity within the group before they parted ways.

In Kwon's previous interview, she also sparked excitement as she hinted at the members' close relationship when she stated:
"I definitely want the team to get back together someday. I keep in touch with the members, and whenever we meet, we talk about memories and stimulate our emotions."
The case that HyunA was "beefing with them" was also closed when she sent a coffee truck to So Hyun to cheer her during filming for her movie, "Delivery."
Seeing their friendship that has been patched up, expectations are high for their reunion in the future. In the meantime, Kwon So Hyun, Gahyun and Jihyun were working as actresses, while Jiyoon and HyunA continued their careers as soloists.
