In the second half of 2024, Taeyeon released her sixth mini album "Letter to Myself." However, the K-pop veteran has vented frustration towards SM Entertainment's "messy" promotions in her latest comeback.

On November 20, K-netz gathered in a community thread, titled, "Taeyeon's Bubble Creating a Stir." In the discussion, the author uploaded a screenshot of Taeyeon's message on DearU Bubble, which relayed her sentiments regarding SM's promotional approach for her comeback."

According to the message, Taeyeon apologized to SONEs for her lack of pre-promotional activities and claimed that obstacles were encountered due to poor communication with the management.

"Because of the poor communication with the management this time, there were mistakes in carrying out the pre-promotions. They should have done better with the promotional activities before the album was released. I feel upset that time was wasted like this and I apologize to the fans."
