SEVENTEEN secured the "Top K-pop Touring" award at the much-anticipated 2024 Billboard Music Awards (BBMAs), defeating TXT and ENHYPEN.
"We want to thank our CARATs and everyone who joined us on the SEVENTEEN 'RIGHT HERE' WORLD TOUR," said SEVENTEEN in their acceptance speech.
"We will continue to be SEVENTEEN who conveys good energy and happiness through music."
The group is currently on their "RIGHT HERE" World Tour, which kicked off in October in Korea at Goyang Stadium, and its last stop is on February 16, 2025, in Bangkok, Thailand.
With the new accomplishment, it marks the group's first-ever BBMA win for the "Top K-pop Touring Artist" award, and also makes them the second act to snag the trophy after BLACKPINK in 2023.
It was only last year that this title was added to the music awards ceremony as one of the four official K-pop categories.

Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN also showed their unrivaled performance skills at the 2024 BBMAs with their powerful performance of "LOVE, MONEY, FAME," their collaboration song with DJ Khaled. The song also earned them a Top 50 spot on Billboard chart's Global 200.
During their performance, the U.S. Billboard commended the 13-member act for their synchronized dancing, live vocals, and rap skills.
