Actress and singer IU, known for her philanthropy, has made waves with yet another round of charitable contributions, this time for protestors calling for President Yoon's impeachment after he called for martial law.

On December 13, the actress' agency, EDAM Entertainment, announced that protestors could fill their growling stomachs on IU's dime.

"To warm the cold hands of UAENA (IU's fandom name) holding up their lights and brightening the atmosphere at the rally, IU has prepared food and hand warmers," the agency said.

"Please prioritize your health and safety, and refer to the details below before visiting the designated stores."

The notice revealed that from December 14 -- the second vote of impeachment -- protestors could visit participating establishments for a free meal until supplies ran out. Quantities include 700 pre-paid meals from five establishments, which included cafes, soup restaurants, and rice cake shops.

All protestors were encouraged to take advantage of the offer, which isn't limited to official UAENA members. Protestors can receive the food, beverages, and hand warmers on a first-come, first-served basis by mentioning 'UAENA' at the designated locations.

The second impeachment vote against President Yoon is scheduled to take place on December 14 at 4 PM during a full-house session of the National Assembly.

The first vote was scrapped when too few lawmakers participated in the vote.
