In K-pop, idols are usually required to learn more than two languages: Korean, English, Japanese, and Chinese. But the K-pop stars below went beyond and learned French before their debut.
Yang Irae
Yang Drea/Irae, one of the final members of the upcoming Girls on Fire girl group, is Korean-French. She was born in Paris and grew up there before coming to Korea to pursue her dream of becoming an idol.

Stella Jang
CSVC and soloist Stella Jang is renowned in the community for her fluency in reading and speaking French. In her vlogs and live streams, Jang often talks in French and even covers their songs with a perfect accent.
ZB1's Seok Matthew
Raised in Vancouver, Canada, Seok Matthew learned the language under their education curriculum after attending a French immersion school.
BLACKSWAN's Fatou

KINGDOM's Dann
Kingdom Dann is a French speaker. Although he was born in Korea, he learned English and a bit of Arabic after his family moved to Dubai when he was 10.
During his stay here, he attended an international school and learned French after taking it as his second language.
