FTISLAND's agency FNC Entertainment has been confirmed to launch its first boy band in 10 years.

On December 20, The Fact reported that FNC will be debuting a new boy band. The agency stated, "We are currently preparing to launch a new band called AxMxP next year, based on our proven band-producing capabilities and expertise, which were honed for a long time."

The agency added, "We plan to show AxMxP's distinct musical colors through quality music and their impressive skills, which will highlight each band member's charm."

The announcement was also accompanied by the unveiling of the boy band's social media accounts. On their official SNS, the band's logo was revealed, and based on its current feed, the members have already posted their daily updates.

The band's name AxMxP is also an abbreviation for amplifier, which served as an inspiration for the band's resolve to raise their voices and reach wider audiences. AxMxP members will also reflect this objective in their team name by showcasing the band's identity and telling their story through their discography.

Furthermore, before debuting, the band plans to join the 2024 "LOVE FNC COUNTDOWN" concert, which will take place at Sejeong University, in Seoul.

FTISLAND having become one of the most prominent bands in Korea has also led fans to anticipate what AxMxP would release over time.
