"When K-pop artists release new songs, they should keep an eye out for these people," he said.
"Content creators and influencers are the people who are leading the current trends."
To demonstrate his point, The Ddanddara invited a panel of influencers across various genres to share their thoughts on finding the next rising star.
Korean netizen reactions, however, revealed a completely different philosophy, with viewers confused about the correlation between content creation and making music.
"I recognize them all, but what does this have to do with K-Pop?" asked one befuddled viewer.
"Besides a few, I don't see any correlation with K-Pop," agreed another.
"This is about K-pop, but I don't know most of them. And what does Lee Seung Guk have to do with K-pop? Isn't he someone who does movie reviews? I only know Rian and Kinky," said a third.
