The enlistment date for THE BOYZ member Sangyeon has been confirmed.
THE BOYZ's new agency, ONE HUNDRED, released an official statement declaring Sangyeon's date of enlistment, as per MBC. The agency shared that Sangyeon has applied to the Army Band and is scheduled to enter the military on March 17.
"We would like to inform you about our artist THE BOYZ's enlistment in the military," the agency began.
"Sangyeon has officially applied for the Army Band and received his final acceptance notice from the Military Manpower Administration on the 23rd. His enlistment date would be on March 17."

The agency further emphasized public safety and the prevention of overcrowding, which will be achieved by prohibiting any special events during Sangyeon's entrance ceremony.
"There will be no special ceremony on the day of entry into the Recruit Training Corps for safety and to prevent confusion," the company shared.
"We kindly ask for your understanding, as this decision was made to ensure the safety of everyone, including service members and their families. We ask fans to refrain from visiting the site."
ONE HUNDRED added that Sangyeon plans to make good memories with THE BOYZ's fans, Deobis, before enlisting. The statement concluded by asking fans' love and support for the group's leader until he completes his service.
