South Korean singer Ailee and former actor Choi Si Hun have been legally married since August 2024, but the pair is planning to hold their wedding ceremony this year.
The couple previously kept their marriage registration under wraps, but it was revealed in an exclusive report by Star News. Prior to this, Ailee (35) and Si Hun (32) appeared on the MBC variety show "Hangout with Yoo" where they revealed they were living together. This means they were already legally married at the time.
Ailee and Si Hun are now planning to hold their wedding ceremony on April 20, 2025. It is unclear where they'll perform the surgery or who is invited to attend the special event.
The pair's romance began after they were introduced by a mutual acquaintance but only became a couple after attending a g.o.d concert. That said, Ailee and Choi Si Hun's relationship became public in March 2024, when they confirmed they were dating. In November of the same year, Ailee announced her plans to marry through her official fan café.
"Thanks to all the love and support you've given me over the years, I've grown into the person I am today. Now, I've met someone with whom I want to share that love, and I've decided to get married," she said.
