On the episode of "Win, Win" that was aired on the 21st of February, B2ST members were featured. 

During the show, each member of B2ST revealed their past prior to their debut. 

Jang Hyun Seung admitted, "I made it all the way to the final audition for the group Big Bang. The final round was between me and Seung Ri and I was the one that was cut."

One of the MCs questioned, "Weren't you jealous after Big Bang became so huge? 

Jang Hyun Seung replied, "I actually was jealous after seeing them succeed. If I did a better job at the auditions, I may have been chosen as the 6th member of Big Bang. However, I didn't want to be force myself be a part of a group that has incredibly talented members when I wasn't at the same level yet."

Jang Hyun Seung was also asked, "You were the center of attention after working with Hyun Ah from 4Minute. How was Big Bang's reaction?"

Jang Hyun Seung replied, "Whenever we talked on the phone, I said Hi by singing the song" and revealed that he still keeps in touch with the members of Big Bang.
