In the episode, IU appeared as Ji Eun who has spent a lot of time in the critical unit at the hospital. The episode shows a bucket list of Ji Eun. It lists the ten things she wants to do before she dies. She was slowly completing the list.

Ji Eun had stolen from Won Sam because one of the things on her bucket list was to donate money to an orphanage. When IU is caught for stealing Won Sam's wallet, Won Sam finds out about IU's situation and decides to help her acheive everything on her bucket list.

Won Sam helped her go on a date with Min Hyuk to Nam Sam Mountain as well as helping her acheive the last thing on the list. The last thing on her list was to sing to her dad.
