Singer and actor Kim Hyun Joong and JYJ member Jaejoong's close friendship was revealed on TV.

MBC ‘K-Pop Star Captivates the World – Lucky Guy Kim Hyun Joong,’ aired on April 14 featured JYJ’s Jaejoong as Kim Hyun joong’s best friend.

The two met up in a bar and shared about the worries of being a hallyu star.

Kim Hyun Joong and Jaejoong had lived together for a year. Hyun Joon shared, "There was a time when I was having a hard time. Jaejoong left me a letter under my pillow. It was very touching. It said ‘You can share your difficulties with me instead of drinking,’ and I still have the letter.”

Jaejoong commented, "I got a reply also after I wrote to him, it said ‘I'm sorry I can't do much for you and thank you,’ I also still have the letter". He added "For guys to write letters...", looking a bit embarrassed.

Kim Hyun Joong shared about Jaejoong, “Although we were part of a different group it was helpful to rely on him.” Jaejoong also said, “There are certain things you cannot share because you are in the same team.”
