"All of the shows that we've been doing have been really really fun," Shinoda said of the new Linkin Park album. "This is our last tour on this cycle and then we'll get back and get focused on the next Linkin Park record. And we're looking a next year sometime."

Meanwhile, a report from Geek Snack revealed that Linkin Park would be appearing at the upcoming Blizzcon 2015.

According to the report, CEO and co-founder of Blizzard Entertainment Mike Morhaime revealed how thrilled they are to have the band in the event, as it could add excitement and entertainment at the said convention.

"We can't think of a better way to bring two full days of gaming and action-packed eSports matches to an epic conclusion than with a band that'll carry the weekend's electricity through to the very end."

Blizzcon 2015 will happen on Nov. 7 and with the show expected to be right around the corner, the report also stated how the event has already sold out with their admission and fans should have to rely on a live stream telecast of the convention to get a closer look at the event.

Aside from new album news and live appearances from Linkin Park, a report from Loud Wire also revealed that the group recently celebrated the anniversary of their first and one of the most successful records, Hybrid Theory.

Without further announcements regarding a Linkin Park new album, the band is expected to work on new songs by next year.
