After dating rumors with Bobby Flay came in as a whirlwind, Giada Laurentiis has finally spoken up to debunk any of those.

In an interview with Andy Cohen during the "What Happens Live" show, the 45-year-old Italian-born America chef emphasized one major reason why such speculation can never be true, reported SheKnows.com.

The "Giada At Home" host revealed that "she knows better than to date a fellow chef" though she admitted that they get along well.

"We do get together on 'Food Network Star,'" the celebrity stated. "Well, we're very good friends."

"We've worked for many years together, but I don't think that's ever going to happen, because I'm smarter than that," Giada de Laurentiis added about her rumored romance with Bobby Flay.

After blurting out a "loaded comment," the report threw some questions about the hidden meaning of such.

"Whatever the impetus behind the comment, one thing is for certain, those dating rumors: dead in the water," the report commented.

On the other hand, E! News gave out five snippets of the new man in Giada de Laurentiis' life, who definitely is not Bobby Flay.

According to the report, Shane Farley is a certified foodie, apart from being the executive producer of "FabLife." It was learned that before becoming Tyra Banks and Chrissy Taigen's executive producer for their respective talk show, he was first a producer for five seasons of Rachael Ray's daytime cooking show, which brought him numerous Emmy awards.

Another exciting trivia about him is that "he knows daytime TV." Based on his IMDB page, he was supervising producer of "The Tony Danza Show" in 2004 and as executive producer of "Big Evening Buzz with Carrie Keagan" from 2012 to 2013.

The third thing which E! News shared about him was his great presentation which actually pertains to his good looks. As a source had put it, Shane Farley "in person, he's boyishly handsome."

While these things may already seem impressive, the two last descriptions about him were way better: the lady chef's new boyfriend is "a charmer" and "genuine."
